Meet Abby Efron
Abby Efron is a third-generation Texas attorney and is the founding attorney of the Law Office of Abby Efron based in San Antonio, Texas. She represents clients in family law, probate, estate planning, and consumer protection matters, bringing sharp preparation, direct communication, and a deep respect for the people behind every case.
Abby earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020 and her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2023. While in law school, her legal scholarship was selected for publication in Volume 54 of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, a distinction recognizing original and rigorous legal writing. She began her career at Efron & Efron, PLLC, working alongside her father, Barry Efron, before launching her own firm to serve clients directly and on her own terms.
Abby’s practice is built on a simple idea: clients deserve a lawyer who listens carefully, explains clearly, and prepares thoroughly. Whether the matter is a divorce, a contested will, an estate plan for a growing family, or a consumer dispute with a deceptive business, Abby treats every case as if it were her own family’s.
